Every first Monday of each month we are fasting together as a church so we can connect with God and hear what He is speaking to us. If you have never fasted before and want to learn what it's all about email us at vcftc14@gmail.com and we will send you a PDF file that can help you learn more. Please also remember that any fasting should be done safely and in consultation with one's physician.
